Batch shipping

From the TCGplayer orders dashboard, import your packing-slip PDF and run the whole day as one pass: verify addresses, resolve the flags, buy every label, print from a single queue, then hand tracking back to TCGplayer in one upload.

1

Open the orders dashboard and import

On the TCGplayer orders dashboard (the order list, not a single order), the panel switches to batch mode. Export TCGplayer’s Packing-Slip PDF and drop it in — it carries item titles, so suggestions use the same engine as single orders. The Shipping CSV export works as a fallback; it has weights but no titles, so more rows get flagged for a manual look.

Accept or keep address corrections

Every row’s address is verified. When the carrier suggests a correction, a fix card shows both versions — accept the suggestion or keep the original. Unverifiable addresses warn without blocking.

Resolve flagged rows

Rows the engine can’t settle are flagged amber instead of guessed: no recipe matched, two recipes tied, or a sealed-looking title headed for an envelope (letter postage is non-refundable, so that one gets a loud warning). Each flag says why and offers the fix — pick one of your recipes, go custom, or for the sealed warning confirm “It fits — ship as planned.”

Sealed product in an envelope?
This title looks like sealed product, but the matched recipe ships it as a letter. Letters can’t be refunded if that’s wrong.

Combine duplicate buyers (optional)

Two orders to the same buyer at the same address raise an alert — an opportunity, not a blocker. Combine them into one shipment (the engine re-runs over the merged contents and re-prices) or keep them separate. Tracking writeback still covers every original order number, so TCGplayer marks them all shipped.

Purchase & print all

The footer totals the batch all-in and shows your savings vs retail counter prices. Orders that already shipped were auto-excluded (amber, with Undo). One click buys every label in sequence from your wallet.

Print from one tab — the queue

A mixed batch prints as numbered jobs in a single tab, one job per print format, in on-screen order. The pills are clickable — jump to any job, reprint one, skip one. Printed jobs get a check.

Upload tracking back to TCGplayer

Download the tracking writeback CSV — exactly three columns, the format TCGplayer’s importer expects — and upload it on TCGplayer’s shipping page. Every order is marked shipped, combined orders included (absorbed orders carry the shared label’s tracking).
