Terms of Service

Last updated: July 25, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and TCGeezee LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("TCGeezee", "we", "us"), covering your use of the TCGeezee Chrome extension, website, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Please read carefully — these terms contain important limitations on your legal rights, including mandatory individual arbitration and a class-action waiver (Sections 22–23) and limits on our liability (Section 16).

1. What the Service is

TCGeezee helps trading-card sellers buy and print shipping labels for their TCGPlayer orders. The Service suggests shipping options based on your own packing rules; you review and confirm every purchase before it happens. Suggestions — including package choice, weight estimates, and postage services — are aids, not guarantees, and it is your decision to accept or change them before buying a label.

2. Eligibility

3. Your wallet

4. Postage purchases and fees

5. Postage adjustments

6. Refunds, cancellations, and replacement labels

7. Chargebacks, failed payments, and negative balances

8. Dormant balances and unclaimed property

If your account goes unused for an extended period with a remaining balance, we'll try to contact you at your account email so you can use or refund it. Balances that remain unclaimed after that may be reported and delivered to the Wyoming State Treasurer as required by the Wyoming Uniform Unclaimed Property Act, or handled under whichever state's unclaimed-property (escheatment) law applies to you. The simplest path is always available: ask us and we refund your unused balance.

9. Your responsibilities

10. Your buyers' information

Recipient names and addresses belong to your buyers. When you use the Service, you instruct us to process that information on your behalf — to verify addresses, quote rates, buy postage, and print labels — and you confirm you are entitled to use it for shipping those orders. See the Privacy Policy for details on how it's handled.

11. We are an intermediary — carriers do the shipping

12. Third-party services and sites

13. Acceptable use

14. Early access and availability

The Service is in early access. We work hard to keep it reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available" — features may change, we may need to maintain, update, or suspend parts of the Service, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party services (carriers, EasyPost, Stripe, Supabase, TCGPlayer) or events beyond our reasonable control.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost sales; and (b) our total liability for all claims arising out of the Service in any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of $100 or the total service fees (excluding postage and insurance pass-through) you paid us in that period. Any claim arising out of the Service must be started (per Section 22) within one year of when you knew or reasonably should have known of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for fraud, or death or personal injury where such a limit is prohibited — and your wallet balance always remains refundable as described in Section 3.

17. Notice to California residents

By using the Service, you waive California Civil Code §1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party."

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your shipments (including their contents, addressing, and postage accuracy), your violation of these terms, or your violation of carrier or marketplace rules or applicable law. We may choose to control the defense of any such matter at our own expense, and you won't settle one without our written consent.

19. Termination

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or misuse of the Service, or discontinue the Service, with notice where practical. On closure we refund your remaining wallet balance (less charges still in flight and amounts you owe), any unpaid amounts you owe become immediately due, and your shipment history is retained or deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature survive termination (including payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and dispute resolution) survive.

20. Intellectual property

21. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe in good faith that content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to jlamzllc@gmail.com including: your (or your agent's) signature; identification of the copyrighted work and of the allegedly infringing material and its location; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; and a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the copyright owner. Counter-notices under the DMCA may be sent to the same address.

22. Dispute resolution and arbitration

23. Class action and jury trial waiver

You and we each waive the right to bring or participate in any class, consolidated, or representative action or arbitration, and — to the extent a claim proceeds in court — the right to a trial by jury. All disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only, and the arbitrator may not consolidate claims or award relief to or on behalf of anyone who is not a named party.

24. United States only; export compliance

The Service is offered from the United States, for shipping by sellers in the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you're responsible for local-law compliance, and your data is processed in the United States. You may not use the Service if you are on a U.S. government sanctions list or located in an embargoed country, or in violation of U.S. export laws.

25. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. For the court proceedings Section 22 permits (small-claims matters, injunctive or equitable relief, and entering judgment on an arbitration award), you and we consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming — except that a qualifying small-claims case may also be brought where you reside.

26. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. For material changes we'll give notice (in the app or by email) before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms. If you don't agree to a change, stop using the Service and ask us to refund your unused balance. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
