Questions, bugs, or trouble with an order — here’s how to reach us.
Illustrated, step-by-step guides to everything TCGeezee does — your first order, batch shipping, print formats, packing recipes, the wallet, and more.
Browse the guidesOur Discord is TCGeezee HQ. Post bugs and feature ideas in #bugs-and-suggestions (they land directly on the dev backlog), or open a private support ticket in #create-ticket for account, wallet, or order trouble — only you and the support team can see a ticket.

If you’re a buyer with a tracking number, you can follow your package (including plain-envelope letters, which don’t resolve on usps.com) at tcgeezee.com/track. For questions about your order itself, message your seller through TCGplayer — they handle their own orders.
Labels are paid from a prepaid wallet you fund by card (minimum $20; card processing is added at cost, 2.9% + 30¢). Your unused balance is refundable at any time, in full, to your original payment method — open a support ticket or email us to request it.
Package labels (bubble mailers, boxes): yes — cancel from the order or History within 30 days, before the label is scanned. The wallet is credited automatically once the carrier confirms the refund (this can take days to a few weeks for USPS). Letter postage is non-refundable — USPS doesn’t offer refunds on First-Class letters, so the app tells you before you buy.
Letters ship with USPS Intelligent Mail barcode tracking, which USPS scans through its sorting network but doesn’t publish on usps.com. Those numbers resolve at tcgeezee.com/track — share that link with your buyer. Letters get sorting scans as they travel; a final “delivered” scan is rare for letter mail even when it arrives.
Make sure you’re on a single order’s page in the TCGplayer seller portal (or the orders dashboard for batch mode), then reload the page with the side panel open. TCGplayer changes its pages from time to time — if a page stops being read, report it in Discord and it typically gets fixed within a day or two.
Check the transaction history (wallet section) — every line names its order. Carriers sometimes re-weigh packages after shipment and adjust the postage difference; those show as adjustments with the order’s tracking. If something still doesn’t add up, open a private ticket in Discord and we’ll trace it with you.
Yes — tcgeezee.com/app covers batch shipping, history, wallet, and settings from any browser. The Chrome extension adds one-click single orders and live TCGplayer page integration.
