TCGeezee
Privacy Policy

TCGeezee is a Chrome extension and service, operated by TCGeezee LLC (a
Wyoming limited liability company), that helps trading-card sellers buy and print
shipping labels for their TCGPlayer orders. This page explains what information we handle and why.
The short version: we handle the minimum needed to buy your shipping labels, we don't sell data,
and buyer addresses are used only to create the labels you ask for.
What we collect
- Your account: the email address and name from the Google account you sign in with.
- Order shipping data: when you open a TCGPlayer order (or import a batch export), the extension reads the order number, recipient name and address, item titles, and order value — only from TCGPlayer seller pages, and only to prepare the shipment you ask for. Purchased labels (recipient address, tracking number, cost) are stored in your shipment history.
- Wallet and billing: your wallet balance and transaction history. Card payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
- Waitlist: if you join the waitlist on this site, we store the email you submit, solely to contact you about TCGeezee's launch and availability.
- Diagnostics and support: a log of app events (e.g. "label purchased", "refund requested") tied to your account, used to support you and fix problems — and, in aggregate, to understand how TCGeezee is used so we can improve it. Support conversations — including with the in-app assistant — are kept with your account so we can help you effectively. All of this stays first-party: no analytics services, no data sharing.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers required to do the job you asked for:
These providers handle data under their own agreements and policies (linked above), which
can include using service data in de-identified form to run and improve their services. We do
not sell your data or your buyers' data, and we don't share it with anyone else except as
required by law.
Buyers' addresses
Recipient addresses belong to your buyers. We process them only as your shipping tool — as a
service provider acting on your instructions — to verify the address, quote rates, and print the
label, and we retain them as part of your shipment history so you can reprint labels and handle
refunds. We never use buyer addresses for marketing, and we never contact your buyers. The public
tracking page shows only scan events and city/state for a shipment — never names, street
addresses, or order details.
Cookies and tracking
- This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising
trackers.
- The extension stores your sign-in session and settings locally in your browser's extension
storage — used only to keep you signed in and to make the app work, never for tracking.
- If you choose to install QZ Tray for silent printing, it runs entirely on your own
computer — print jobs go from your browser to your printers locally, and we receive no
data from it.
- Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser requests those font files from
Google's servers (which involves your IP address, as with any web request). No other
third-party resources load on this site.
Data retention and security
- Account data, shipment history, and the event log are kept while your account is active,
and deleted on request when you close your account (except records we must keep, such as
financial transaction records).
- All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with our hosting
provider (Supabase) with access restricted to what the service needs. Card numbers never
touch our systems — payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
Children
The service is for sellers 18 and older. It is not directed at children, and we do not
knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Your rights
- You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your account data by emailing
jlamzllc@gmail.com. We respond to all requests,
including those made under state privacy laws (such as the CCPA), and we don't sell personal
information — so there's nothing to opt out of.
- To leave the waitlist, reply to any email we send or contact the address above.
- Uninstalling the extension stops all collection; stored history remains until you ask us to delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll give notice (in the app or by email) before
they take effect. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
